These people reside at the local hotel where international conference on organ transplantation takes place. At the same time, the fresh corpses of deceased people begin to disappear, while the rumors about the vampires at the graveyard start spreading. The cops try to solve the riddle.

The flag of Doctor Schwarz's gang is as comical as everything else in the movie: based on the Nazi flag, but replaces the swastika with a black "vampire" skull, which has very long upper eyeteeth and no lower jaw. The flag was made for vertical hoisting and the disc with the skull was set off-centre, close to the hoist (top) edge.
